With the iTunes program opened, go to Advanced and then click on Subscribe to Podcast. A window will popup that asks for a URL. Enter, by typing or cut and paste, the address of the podcast to which you would like to subscribe in the space provided. Once the podcast address has been entered into the URL window, click the "OK" button in the box. iTunes will then begin to download the newest audio file from the podcast. There will be several of the older audio files from the podcast offered along with the one which has been downloaded. To receive these just click on the "GET" button beside the older podcast audio selection.
With the Juice program opened, click on the Tools menu and select "Add a feed". A window will popup that asks for a URL. Enter, by typing or cut and paste, the address of the podcast to which you would like to subscribe in the space provided. Once the podcast address has been entereed into the Add a Feed window, click the "Save" button. Juice wil then begin to download the episode information for the podcast. Once the episode information has been downloaded, simply click on an enclosure to play its contents.
