The Church of Christ at West Huntsville has been involved in the World Bible School (WBS) program since the late 1970's and in that time we have reached thousands of students from over 90 countries, which has resulted in between 25 and 75 conversions per year.
Our goal in the WBS program is to do as Jesus commanded in Mark Chapter 16 - to "Go into all the world and preach the gospel" (good news). WBS is one of the most effective ways to carry out this command. Many people have been exposed to God's word through the WBS and the work of the many people at the Church of Christ at West Huntsville as well as many other congregations.
All of our students in the past were only reached by mail but in January of 2003 we added a new part to our WBS program, and that is using the internet to reach even more students by email.
